Location: City Council Chambers, located at 520 West Elberta Drive, Pleasant View, Utah 84414

Purpose: The City Council will hold the following Public Hearing for the purposes outlined:

  • Rezone – Consideration of a rezone for 6.54 acres of land located at approximately 2573 North Highway 89, from Planned Manufacturing (MP-1) to Mixed Use West (MUW), Weber County Parcels 17-066-0074 and 17-066-0037.

Date/Time: Thursday, April 17, 2025, at 6:00 p.m.

Location: City Council Chambers, located at 520 West Elberta Drive

Purpose: The Planning Commission will hold the following Public Hearings for the purposes outlined:

·         Consideration of a petition for a General Plan amendment for .29 acres of land from Planned Commercial (Current Applicable Zone: CP-1) to Medium Density Residential (Current Applicable Zone: Limited Single Family Residential – LSFR) at 624 Fox Meadow Drive.

o   Weber County Parcel 17-418-0021

·         Rezone – Consideration of a rezone for .29 acres of land located at 624 Fox Meadow Drive, from Planned Commercial (CP-1) to Medium Density Residential (LSFR – Limited Single Family Residential.

·         Rezone – Consideration of a rezone for approximately 6.31 acres of land located at approximately 475 West Pleasant View Drive, from Rural Residential (A-2) and Low to Very Low Density (RE-20) to Rural Residential (A-2) and Medium Density (LSFR – Limited Single Family Residential.

The Planning Commission will hold the following Public Meeting for the purposes outlined:

·         To Vacate Public Utility Easement at 3581 North 500 West, within the Peakview Estates No. 2 Subdivision.
