PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Pleasant View City will hold a public meeting on Thursday, June 6, 2024 in the city offices located at 520 West Elberta Drive beginning at 6:00 PM.

The Planning Commission will discuss and consider a proposed subdivision amendment (a lot line adjustment) to the 4150 North Subdivision plat located at approximately 4150 North and 1075 West. The location of the shared side property line between Lots 2 and 3 is proposed to be adjusted.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Pleasant View City will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 in the city offices located at 520 West Elberta Drive beginning at 6:00 P.M.

The City Council will discuss and consider vacating a municipal utility easement on along Lot 7 and the storm drainage easement area to the south of Lot 7, on the Peak View Plaza PUD subdivision plat located at approximately 2650 North 400 West.

This possible vacation Municipal Utility Easement are a part of an application for an amended subdivision plat, the Peak View Plaza PUD First Amendment. The property where the vacation of the Municipal Easement is being considered to be vacated, is labeled as Lot 8, and Parcel A, on the proposed subdivision plat amendment.

The Planning Commission will discuss and consider a proposal for a site plan and conditional use permit for a fast-food restaurant located at approximately 2700 North and Rulon White Boulevard.
